We obtained FSSC22000 certification on May 23, 2024
Food hygiene and safety management have always been a given for a food company. Still, in light of the increasingly strict hygiene and safety management standards at home and abroad, we have decided to obtain certification as proof of clear hygiene and safety management by a third-party certification agency, undergoing regular checks and audits based on clear standards.
Our rice milling factory does not use fully automated production management, and the factory equipment is old, but it is still largely dependent on manual production management by employees. Therefore, when obtaining FSSC22000 certification, we set aside a preparation and education period of about one year, focusing on the education of the factory staff and those in charge of raw material purchasing, sales, and business management. They learned hygiene and safety management based on HACCP standards, as well as how to deal with food contamination by foreign objects and microorganisms, how to establish a safety assurance system from the perspective of defense against intentional attacks, and hygiene and safety management measures from various perspectives, such as the safety of not only the materials used in the factory, but also water and air safety.
Based on the FSSC22000 standard, we will continue to adopt an even stricter management perspective in terms of hygiene and safety in response to various environmental changes such as weather conditions and personnel transfers, and will continue to make unremitting efforts and maintain a strict management system in order to continue delivering safe, high-quality products to our customers who purchase our products.
