Our farmers care about SDGs as they reduce environmental harm by using less than half the amount of pesticides and chemical fertilizers than usual. We offer carefully selected specially cultivated rice from all over the country.

Pesticides and chemical fertilizers are not allowed 3 years before and during cultivating in the area. Rice production is strictly monitored and products are certified by Organics JAS in Japan. We offer products of the most renowned varieties.

Freshness is the key to Japanese rice’s standard. By replacing natural air in the package with nitrogen, or vacuuming the rice package, the oxidation of rice is stopped, and the freshness and deliciousness of rice is preserved for a longer time.

Rinse-free rice (pre-washed rice) can be cooked without washing beforehand. The bran on the surface of the rice has been removed by the BG rice polishing method. It saves your time and is also environment-friendly because it causes no water sewage.

This is a selection of many rice varieties all around Japan with different usage purposes such as family use, restaurant use, brewing sake, etc. Besides, many innovative products are selected such as instant rice, pre-cooked rice, or local specialties.
